Referral program
$250 per clinician
Refer a therapist who joins and successfully sees their first patient, and we pay you $250. There's no cap on how many people you send our way.

Do I have to commit to a minimum number of visits?
No. You choose the caseloads you accept, and there's no required weekly or monthly visit count.
What areas do you cover?
We staff Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz and Solano counties today, and we are expanding into Kern, Napa, Sacramento, San Joaquin, Sonoma, Stanislaus and Yolo. If you are in one of those seven, apply anyway. Clinicians are how a new county opens.
Am I an employee or an independent contractor?
You work with Home Health Compass as an independent contractor. That is what makes the rest possible: choosing your coverage area, your caseload volume, and when you want to work.
How and when do I get paid?
Clinicians are paid once a month.
Do I need prior home health experience?
No. We accept all experience levels, because we back every clinician with administrative and clinical support. If home health is new to you, that is what the support is for.
